The young actor recently shared a video describing her incredible transformation journey.

Did you know that Sara Ali Khan used to weigh 96 kg?

Well, that was over four years ago when she was pursuing her graduation at Columbia University in New York.

The actor spent a year and half to work on her body and transform herself before venturing into films.

The 24 year old  who managed to lose almost 50 per cent body weight recently took to Instagram to proudly share her success story.

Sara Ali Khan combines Pilates, dancing and strength training to get back in shape.

Before returning to India, she also made healthy changes in her diet, replacing pizza with protein, and chocolate with salad.

After losing half her weight, Sara looks incredibly fit in her new avatar. She continues sweating it out during the lockdown and sharing pictures and videos from her workout sessions at home.

No wonder then, she’s the poster girl for magazine covers, lifestyle and athleisure brands. Sara certainly cuts an inspiring figure for youngsters to embrace a healthy lifestyle and change their future.
